Flex Pack specialises in the design and manufacture of a wide range of liquid filling systems for filling bottles, pails, drums (10 – 205L), IBC’s plus liquid Batching machinery. We also make a range of “Bag-in-Box” cask fillers (collapsible liquid container), used primarily as a wine packaging solution (commonly known as the ‘wine-cask’).

Range Of Liquid Fillers

• Manual fillers – for filling bags, pails and drums from 2 to 200 litres
• Single semi auto fillers – for filling bags, pails and drums. Suitable for non-aerated liquids.
• Twin head liquid fillers – high speed filler capable of bag filling from 2 to 200 litres.
• Semi automatic drum / pail fillers.
• Manual & semi auto systems for filling bulk containers such as drums & Intermediate bulk containers (IBC’s)
• Drum fillers: weigh scale or flowmeter batching systems, specifically to fill difficult (foaming) or aggressive products such as acids, alkalis and chlorinated products.
