For nearly forty years, Flex Pack have designed, produced and supplied a range of liquid filling machines suitable for a wide selection of non-aerated liquids, in volumes from as little as 2-litre bags to 1000-litre IBCs. We bring decades of hands-on experience to every project, big or small.
The “Bag in Box”/cask filling machines first came into use in the wine trade during the 1970s. Since then, we have developed a wide range of liquid filling systems for rigid containers that can handle food and beverage products together with chemicals, including DG: ‘dangerous goods’ and flammable liquids.
We discuss your specific project and then present a filler specification that meets your needs. This is done by utilising product contact materials that are compatible with your intended products and choosing batch control devices (flow meters and pumps) that deliver the product accurately and quickly every time.
